I received my speaker and one side doesn’t work. Reached out to the company and they said to send them proof/ video of the device not working because I guess they didn’t believe me when I told them the first time that it wasn’t working. Sent video and no response. Not happy at all !!!!!!! We are having a BBQ and have the speaker in 2 separate rooms, both within close proximity of the phone, and the sound keeps breaking up like a bad radio station. We just had to cut it off because it was happening so often.
But I love the color and the ability to have it split.
