Refunds & Returns

You may return items sold and fulfilled by Dastmalchi LLC dba KOVE Speakers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

Simply enter your email address and order # (begins with #KA) associated with the order. Once your request has been reviewed we will reach out with further updates.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, call us to request a replacement.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
