5-Year Limited Warranty
At Kove Audio, we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why every eligible product is backed by our 5-Year Limited Warranty, giving you added confidence in your purchase.
If your product experiences a manufacturer defect or does not function properly upon arrival, we'll replace it—up to two (2) replacements within five years from the date your order was delivered.
What's Covered
Our 5-Year Limited Warranty covers:

Manufacturer defects

Products that arrive defective or non-functional

Up to two (2) replacement products during the 5-year warranty period
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling

Accidental damage

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
To be eligible for warranty coverage, your product must have been purchased directly from Kove Audio or an authorized retailer.
After Two Replacements
If two replacement products have already been issued under this warranty, you may choose to receive store credit in place of an additional replacement.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email info@koveaudio.com with the following information:

A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos of the product (if requested)
