Where does KOVE Audio ship?
KOVE Audio currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping is estimated to take 7–10 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
The carrier is selected by our warehouse based on the best available shipping option for your order and destination.
Can KOVE Audio products be shipped to PO Boxes?
Products powered by lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Shipping may also be unavailable to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Please review our complete Shipping Policy before placing your order.
What is KOVE Audio’s return policy?
Eligible products sold and fulfilled by KOVE Audio may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Products must meet the eligibility requirements listed in our complete Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Return Portal and enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase. KOVE Audio order numbers begin with #KA.
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will contact you with the next steps.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our Returns Center, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be inspected and processed.
After your refund is issued by KOVE Audio, the time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider. Most financial institutions process refunds within 5–10 business days, although timing may vary.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Can I exchange my product?
When exchanging a product for a different model or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you would like.
You do not need to wait for the original return to be completed before placing your new order.
If your product arrived faulty, damaged, or incomplete, contact KOVE Audio Support to request assistance or a replacement.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Submit a request through our Return Portal using the email address and order number associated with your purchase.
Please provide information about the issue and any requested photographs so our team can review your claim.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Tracking activity may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Contact KOVE Audio Support as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact KOVE Audio Support immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
Can I change my billing address after placing an order?
Billing information generally cannot be changed after an order has been submitted.
If your order was successfully confirmed, an incorrect billing address may not affect its delivery. Contact KOVE Audio Support if you believe the information may cause an issue with your order.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, fraud-prevention measures, or restrictions from your bank or card provider.
Confirm that your payment and billing information are correct, then contact your financial institution if the issue continues.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated as part of a specific KOVE Audio promotion.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been placed.

Does my KOVE Audio product include a warranty?
KOVE Audio products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship beginning on the original purchase date.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage or wear caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, commercial use, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Where must I purchase my product for warranty coverage?
Warranty claims are honored for eligible products purchased directly from KOVE Audio or from an authorized KOVE Audio dealer.
