In order to provide quality service and rapid shipping, we are limited to our cancellation period. Our Customer Service agents are given a specific time frame in which they are able to cancel an order. Any order placed during business hours, (7am-4pm), can be canceled within 5 minutes of purchase.
If your order goes through our fulfillment system you will either need to wait and return the order or you may refuse delivery of the order. Once we have received your return you will issued your refund.
